Mr Enrique Aguirrezabala signing the agreement, in Spain, with his Excellency the Ambassador of Nigeria Dr Kingsley S. Ebenyi, Captain William Berry Ossai Noelle Partner and Director of Afrijet, Dr H. O. Demuren Managing Director and CEO of Afrijet, for the creation of EEDC new European airline company "European Airways" which will be covering the USA, West and Central Africa, Cameroon, Nigeria (in conjunction with Afrijet and Camair), France, Central and Northern Europe.

In the official act of signature were present as well Mr Richard Gibson EEDC representative,Mrs Cecilia Rahm EEDC Senior Project Manager and mechanical engineer, Manuel Rodriguez EEDC representative and Mrs Janet Olisa Counsellor of the Embassy of Nigeria.
